If the sediment does not comply with Table 10.3
If the sediment does not comply with Table 10.3 in a maximum of 3 parameters, ecotoxicity tests can be performed according to Table 10.2 or 10.4 of Decree 294/05 Coll. If the sediment meets those requirements, it can be applied to the surface of the terrain. If it fails, it becomes waste.

If the sediment does not comply with the decree
In case that the results does not meet the requirements of Decree 257/2009 Coll. nor the requirements of Decree 294/2005 Coll., the sediment becomes waste and it is necessary to perform further analyses according to Decree 294/2005 Coll. about waste management in order to determine what type of landfill the sediment should be deposited at. For these purposes, it is necessary to perform sampling in the water extract according to Table 2.1 with addition of TOC assessment in dry matter.

Sampling and transport
The decree prescribes accredited sampling of sediment and soil.
- Accredited sediment sampling by our employees, including sampling protocol (1800, -)
- Accredited sampling of agricultural land by our employees, including sampling protocol (550, -)
- Transport of the sample to the laboratory (up to 25 km from Prague and České Budějovice free of charge, otherwise 12 CZK / km)
